Terms of Service

1. Services Offered

Firm Foundation Cabinets provides bespoke custom cabinetry solutions, including:

• Consultation and spatial layout planning
• 3D kitchen cabinet design and modeling
• Handcrafted cabinet manufacturing using premium materials
• Professional cabinet installation in designated service areas

2. Estimates and Proposals

• Initial consultations and project price estimates are provided free of charge to customers in our defined service areas.
• All project proposals, design plans, and price quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.
• Estimates are subject to change if the scope of work, designs, or material choices are modified by the customer.

3. Custom Orders and Approvals

Because our cabinetry is fully custom-made, manufacturing will only begin once:

• The customer has approved the final 3D designs, blueprints, and materials in writing.
• The contract has been signed and any required initial deposit has been received in full.

Once manufacturing has commenced, any changes requested by the customer may incur additional design, material, and labor fees, and will likely extend the project timeline.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of custom cabinetry, deposits and payments made once manufacturing has started are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled prior to manufacturing, the customer is responsible for design and administrative fees incurred up to the date of cancellation.

5. Installation and Site Preparation

For professional installation services:

• The installation site must be cleared, clean, and accessible to our installers.
• Plumbing, electrical, and structural preparation must be completed by a licensed contractor prior to cabinet installation unless explicitly included in our proposal.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete site preparation or structural issues in the home.

6. Natural Material Disclaimers

We source and use premium hardwoods and natural veneers. Please note that natural wood is subject to variations in grain, color, and texture. Additionally, wood reacts to environmental changes (humidity, temperature) and may expand, contract, or change color slightly over time. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Firm Foundation Cabinets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or installation. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total contract price paid by the customer.
